Mattituck IOF360 - Looks good. Decent performance. Cost is not too stratospheric for a FADEC equipped engine.


However, there are many, many choices out there and the IOF doesn't seem to be that popular.


Unlike the avionics, I do not plan on purchasing the engine too early.  This large expense can wait until the need is imminent.


It WILL be injected to allow use of the tight cowl.

It will be a parallel valve to keep the weight under control and power-match the airframe nicely.




Whirlwind 200RV prop. Nice unit. No RPM restrictions or requirement for counter-weighted cranks.
